We started Inflo in 2016 with a bold idea: audit could be so much more.

Our four founders, which includes experienced auditors from top firms, saw an industry held back by inefficiencies, frustrating software, and outdated ways of thinking. So, we built a platform that:

Mark founded Inflo in 2015 to make cutting-edge audit technology accessible to all. A former PwC audit leader, he has shaped global audit standards, chaired the AICPA’s data standards project, and regularly shares insights through books, white papers, and The Audit Opinion newsletter.

Chief Operating Officer & Co-founder

Graham co-founded Inflo to bring practical, technology-driven solutions to the audit profession. With experience in the Big 4, he translates evolving audit requirements into innovative digital solutions, ensuring Inflo’s platform delivers efficiency, compliance, and value for firms embracing a digital-first approach.

Robert Lemmon

Chief Audit Officer

Rob brings 18 years of audit experience, including leadership roles in major US firms. His expertise in audit transformation and digital adoption ensures Inflo’s platform delivers the best support for firms embracing technology to enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance in their audit practices.

Andreea Ionescu

Chief Solutions Officer

Andreea leads the software and service delivery teams of Inflo’s Solutions, ensuring they align with industry standards and evolving firm needs. With over 12 years in audit at PwC, and EY, she combines technical expertise and innovation to create technology that ensures compliance with professional standards, and enhances efficiency and audit quality.

Justin Januszewski

Chief Finance Officer

Before joining Inflo, Justin trained as a chartered accountant at PwC, gaining experience in financial audit and risk assurance over seven years. Following this, Justin spent five years in technology and financial risk management within financial services.

Anthony Harrison

Chief Marketing Officer

Anthony has over 20 years of experience driving growth for SaaS and fintech companies. At Inflo, he leads marketing strategy and brand positioning, ensuring firms worldwide recognize the value of digital audit transformation through innovative campaigns and customer engagement strategies.

Grant is an expert in cloud-based web-applications with a track record of building scalable global software solutions. Tom Gathercole

New Technology Projects Specialist & Co-founder

Tom is a data scientist, also with a Big Four background. A core element of Tom’s role involves critically assessing the latest technology trends to evaluate their relevance to accounting services. This guarantees our customer firms access to the most innovate techniques while safeguarding the relevance, reliability and impact.
